Our Store Policies

✨ Cancellations

You may change your mind within 24 hours of ordering. After this window, your jewel begins its journey and cannot be canceled.

✨ Exchanges & Refunds

As each creation is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of heart.
If your piece arrives damaged or flawed, please contact us within 7 days—we will lovingly repair, replace, or refund it.

✨ Sizing & Repairs

We understand that journeys sometimes need adjustments. Resizing or small repairs can be arranged, either complimentary or for a small fee depending on the request.

✨ Warranty of Craftsmanship

Your jewel is made to last. We guarantee our craftsmanship for 60 days from delivery and will make things right should any issue arise.

Each piece is more than jewelry—it is a talisman of nature’s beauty, meant to travel with you for years to come. 🌿

Please note there are no refunds, only exchange in case a product arrives damaged.

However, because every product is handmade with love and care, please note that there will be a waiting period.
